Efter en lang vinter, hvor vi ofte er lidt mindre aktive og spiser tungere mad, kan vores lymfesystem godt f\u00f8les lidt &#8220;s\u00f8vnigt&#8221; og stagneret.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hvorfor er det vigtigt lige nu?<\/strong> Lymfesystemet er kroppens indre rensningsanl\u00e6g. Det transporterer affaldsstoffer v\u00e6k og er en vigtig del af dit immunforsvar. N\u00e5r det fungerer optimalt, f\u00f8ler du dig lettere, din hud f\u00e5r mere gl\u00f8d, og dit energiniveau stiger. Men n\u00e5r det er blokeret, kan du opleve tr\u00e6thed, h\u00e6velser i benene eller en f\u00f8lelse af at v\u00e6re &#8220;tung&#8221; i kroppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mine 3 tips til dig i denne uge:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Start dagen med citronvand:<\/strong> Et glas lunt vand med saften fra en halv citron hver morgen hj\u00e6lper med at hydrere kroppen og stimulerer din ford\u00f8jelse og dit lymfeflow helt fra morgenstunden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bev\u00e6gelse i den friske luft:<\/strong> Tag en g\u00e5tur omkring Slotss\u00f8en eller i Gribskov. Bev\u00e6gelse er motoren for dit lymfesystem, da det ikke har en pumpe (som hjertet) og derfor er afh\u00e6ngig af dine musklers bev\u00e6gelse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dyb vejrtr\u00e6kning:<\/strong> Brug to minutter hver dag p\u00e5 at tr\u00e6kke vejret helt ned i maven.
